C-type sprue bushings and mold nozzles made to your machine and mold interface. The sprue bushing is where the machine nozzle meets the mold, so it has to match on two sides at once — get the spherical seat or the taper wrong and you get drool, flash, or a sprue that will not release. Send the dimensions, a drawing, or the old bushing's measurements and we come back with unit price, lead time and trade terms in writing — normally within one business day (Hong Kong time, Monday–Friday).

Standard sizes are in stock — no RFQ needed

Body diameters Ø10, Ø12, Ø16 and Ø20 in overall lengths from 50 to 200 mm, with Ø35, Ø40 or Ø50 flanges, can be ordered directly from $21.90 with no minimum quantity. You state the spherical seat radius and the gate hole diameter at checkout and we confirm both in writing before anything is cut, so the machine-side fit is still handled by a person rather than by a dropdown.

Use the RFQ route below when you need an A-type or B-type, a thin-head version, a fully hardened grade, a non-standard taper, or a body diameter outside Ø10–Ø20.

Technical files are used to evaluate and fulfill your inquiry or order. They may be shared only with relevant manufacturing, inspection, logistics or service partners as needed. Replacing an existing bushing

Send the old bushing's code, your machine model, a drawing, or the measured sample. One caution worth stating plainly: a bushing that looks the same on the outside is not necessarily compatible. The spherical radius, the sprue taper and the nozzle alignment are what decide whether it seals — and those are the dimensions people most often skip when ordering a replacement.

Documentation

Material certificates, hardness results and dimensional inspection reports can be supplied with your order. Tell us what your quality system requires and we will confirm the scope — and any cost — in the quotation, so there are no surprises at goods-in.
