PRIVLEY (HONG KONG) GLOBAL COMMERCE LIMITED supplies standard and custom mold components to business customers worldwide. Shipping arrangements and the allocation of freight, customs, tax, and destination charges are confirmed individually in each written quotation or proforma invoice.
Product Prices and Order Minimums
Website product pages are inquiry references and do not constitute an order-ready fixed-price offer. The normal minimum product subtotal is US$100, and a product subtotal of US$150 or more is recommended for international orders. Orders below US$150 may include a US$25 small-order handling charge. Any applicable handling charge will be stated in the written quotation before the buyer approves the order.
Mixed-product, mixed-size, and mixed-BOM inquiries may be combined into one shipment where practical. Consolidating items can reduce the freight and handling cost per part.
Processing and Lead Time
Lead time begins only after the required payment has cleared, the final specification has been confirmed, and any drawing or sample approval has been completed. Standard parts, altered standard parts, and custom-machined parts may have different lead times. A date discussed before final approval is an estimate, not a guaranteed shipment date, unless the formal quotation expressly states otherwise.
Shipping Method and Freight Basis
Orders may ship by express courier, air freight, sea freight, or another agreed method. Unless the quotation expressly states otherwise, international freight is not included in the product unit price. Freight is quoted separately using the packed weight and dimensions, destination country, city or postal code, route, carrier, and requested service level.
The carrier or transport mode, freight charge or freight basis, packaging method, estimated transit time, destination, and applicable Incoterm will be stated in the quotation where relevant. United States orders follow the same written-quotation basis unless a quotation expressly provides different terms.
FCA, DAP, and DDP
A quotation may use FCA China, DAP, or another agreed delivery term as expressly stated in the quotation. Under a DAP quotation, the buyer or consignee is normally responsible for import customs clearance, import duties, taxes, brokerage, and destination charges.
DDP is not the default delivery basis. DDP applies only when the formal written quotation expressly states DDP and identifies the destination and included cost scope. A request for a DDP price does not by itself mean that duties, taxes, brokerage, or destination charges are included.
Import Duties and Taxes
Unless the quotation expressly states otherwise, import duties, customs clearance fees, taxes, brokerage charges, storage charges, and destination charges are the buyer's responsibility. Product origin, value, and customs descriptions will be declared truthfully. Customs classification, duty treatment, and destination requirements are subject to the applicable authorities and the shipment facts.
Buyer-Provided Delivery Information
The buyer must provide an accurate consignee name, delivery address, telephone number, email, tax or importer number where required, and any special delivery instructions. Additional cost or delay caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or late delivery information may be charged to the buyer.
Transit Inspection and Claims
Please inspect the external packaging and package count at delivery. Visible transit damage, tampering, or package shortage should be reported to us and the carrier as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours, with photographs of the package, shipping label, damage, and contents. Reporting promptly helps preserve carrier-claim evidence.
Split Shipments and Delays
Split shipment is used only when agreed or reasonably necessary to protect the order schedule. Carrier delays, customs inspections, force majeure, and destination clearance are outside our direct control, but we will provide available shipping and tracking information.
