This store is operated by PRIVLEY (HONG KONG) GLOBAL COMMERCE LIMITED, supplying industrial mold components, replacement parts and drawing-based custom parts to business customers. These terms apply unless a signed agreement or the applicable formal quotation expressly states otherwise.

WEBSITE INFORMATION
Product descriptions, category names, images, diagrams and reference dimensions support identification. They are not technical approvals, inventory guarantees or binding offers. Where a quotation, proforma invoice or approved drawing differs from a general website description, the quotation, invoice or drawing controls.

BUYER SPECIFICATION RESPONSIBILITY
The buyer is responsible for confirming model, dimensions, material, hardness, heat treatment, surface treatment, tolerance, quantity, application, mating components, drawing revision and inspection requirements. Where a buyer requests a replacement for another brand or reference part, dimensional and functional compatibility must be confirmed before order approval.

THIRD-PARTY BRANDS AND REFERENCE NUMBERS
Third-party trademarks, manufacturer names and catalog numbers may be used only to identify an existing part or a compatibility question. Their use does not imply that Privley Mold Components is the trademark owner, an authorized distributor, or affiliated with the referenced manufacturer.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Standard catalog items may be paid at checkout. Quoted, custom and RFQ orders are paid only after the buyer has approved the formal quotation or proforma invoice, using the method, currency and beneficiary details stated on that document. Verify the legal company name, beneficiary, currency, amount and order reference before paying. Changes to payment or beneficiary details are not valid unless independently verified through the contact details published on this website. We never ask business customers to send company order funds to an unverified personal account.

PRODUCTION AND CHANGES
Production, procurement and material commitment begin after required payment has cleared and all specifications, drawings and approvals are complete. Requested changes after approval may affect price, schedule, feasibility, tooling, inspection or cancellation cost, and are effective only when confirmed in writing.

DRAWINGS AND CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
Buyer drawings and technical files are used solely to evaluate and fulfill the inquiry or order. Do not submit third-party technical files unless you are authorized to share them. Receipt of technical information does not transfer ownership of the buyer's intellectual property. Necessary technical information may be shared with manufacturing, inspection and logistics partners involved in the order, subject to reasonable confidentiality controls.

TRADE AND END-USE COMPLIANCE
Quotations and orders remain subject to applicable trade, customs, sanctions and export-control requirements. We may request information reasonably necessary to identify the purchaser, consignee, destination or intended industrial use, and may decline, suspend or cancel a transaction where a legal restriction prevents lawful fulfillment.

QUALITY AND LIABILITY
Acceptance criteria are based on the confirmed drawing, specification, approved sample and inspection scope. Products are intended for professional industrial use; the buyer is responsible for confirming suitability, installation and safe use. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability for an accepted claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected products. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, production-loss or downtime damages.

GOVERNING LAW
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith commercial and technical discussion.
