This website is operated by PRIVLEY (HONG KONG) GLOBAL COMMERCE LIMITED. These terms apply to quotations, samples, products and services supplied to business customers unless a signed agreement or the applicable formal quotation expressly states otherwise.
Website Information Is Not a Binding Offer
Website descriptions, category names, images, diagrams, reference dimensions and any displayed price labels are for inquiry and product-identification purposes. They are not final technical approvals, inventory guarantees or binding offers. A commercial order is formed only when the parties confirm the written specification and commercial terms and the buyer completes the required payment or other agreed acceptance procedure.
Buyer Specification Responsibility
The buyer is responsible for confirming the product model, dimensions, material, hardness, heat treatment, surface treatment, tolerance, quantity, application, mating components, drawing revision and inspection requirements. We source or arrange manufacture according to the latest mutually confirmed written information. Where a buyer requests a replacement for another brand or reference part, dimensional and functional compatibility must be confirmed before order approval.
Third-Party Brands and Reference Numbers
Third-party trademarks, manufacturer names, catalog numbers and replacement references may be used only to identify the buyer's existing part, intended geometry or compatibility question. Their use does not state or imply that Privley Mold Components is the trademark owner, an authorized distributor, or affiliated with the referenced manufacturer. A replacement or equivalent statement applies only when expressly confirmed in writing for the relevant dimensions and functional requirements.
Prices and Payment Safety
Prices, currency, payment schedule, freight, taxes, duties, validity and bank-charge responsibility are stated in the formal quotation or proforma invoice. The buyer should verify that the legal company name, beneficiary details, specification, currency and amount match the approved transaction before making payment. Changes to payment or beneficiary details are not valid unless independently verified through our published contact information.
Lead Time and Buyer Changes
Lead time starts after the required payment has cleared and all required specifications, drawings, samples and approvals are complete. Lead times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Buyer-requested changes after approval may affect feasibility, material commitment, tooling, price, lead time, inspection or cancellation cost.
Drawings and Confidential Information
Buyer drawings and technical files are used to evaluate and fulfill the inquiry or order and should not be submitted unless the buyer has the right to provide them. Receipt of technical information does not transfer ownership of the buyer's intellectual property. We may share necessary technical information with manufacturing, inspection, logistics and service partners involved in the inquiry or order, subject to reasonable confidentiality controls.
Trade and End-Use Compliance
Quotations and orders remain subject to applicable trade, customs, sanctions and export-control requirements. We may request information reasonably necessary to identify the purchaser, consignee, destination or intended industrial use and may decline, suspend or cancel a transaction where a legal restriction, screening concern or required authorization prevents lawful fulfillment. The buyer is responsible for providing accurate destination and end-use information and for import requirements applicable to the buyer or consignee.
Quality, Inspection and Remedies
Acceptance criteria are based on the confirmed drawing, specification, approved sample and inspection scope. Unless otherwise agreed, inspection is performed using commercially reasonable methods appropriate to the product and confirmed requirements. Remedies for verified nonconforming goods are governed by the Returns & Quality Claims policy and the applicable quotation.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability for an accepted product claim is limited to the affected products and the remedy agreed for that claim. We are not responsible for indirect loss, production downtime, lost profit, loss of contract or consequential damage unless expressly agreed in writing.
Governing Law and Resolution
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith commercial and technical discussion.
