We coordinate the evaluation and supply of drawing-based mold components and altered standard parts through qualified manufacturing partners in China. Feasibility, process route, material, tolerance, inspection and lead time are reviewed for each inquiry.

- Dimensioned PDF drawing and revision
- STEP, STP, DWG or DXF file where available
- Material specification and whether substitutes may be proposed
- Heat treatment, hardness, coating and surface finish
- Critical dimensions, datums, tolerances and inspection points
- Quantity, expected repeat demand, destination and required date
- Packaging, labeling and document requirements
Technical Review
Before quotation approval, we may request clarification of ambiguous dimensions, missing tolerances, conflicting notes, inaccessible inspection features, material availability or process-sensitive geometry. A suggested manufacturing adjustment is not applied unless the buyer approves the revised technical basis.
Order Control
The approved drawing revision, quotation and proforma invoice control the order. Custom or altered products may become non-cancellable after material, tooling, heat treatment or machining has been committed. Details are stated in the applicable quotation and our Payment, Quotation & Order Process.
Confidential Files
Submit technical files only when you are authorized to share them. Files may be disclosed to relevant manufacturing, inspection, logistics and service partners only as needed to evaluate or fulfill the inquiry or order.
